Access:

You will receive a keyless entry code prior to check-in. With your stay 1 designated parking spot is provided. Additional overflow parking is outside on a first come first serve basis.

The dedicated dining area overlooks the living room & kitchen featuring a high-top dining table with seating for 6, leather barstools & a uniquely rustic light fixture. Due to the table's positioning you can drink your morning coffee & still have a view of the lake, enjoy a delectable meal with your family, or play a game while watching your favourite show.

The fully equipped kitchen offers a large center island complete with 3 more bar top seats, perfect for a quick bite to eat, a fridge/freezer, gas stove, oven, microwave, drip coffee maker, toaster, & a dishwasher for easy clean up! After a fun-filled day of wine tasting keep your favorite bottles chilled in the wine cooler!

From the living room step through the large sliding glass doors out to your private furnished patio overlooking the lake & mountains. Dine al fresco at the outdoor table for 4 or make cooking easy on the propane BBQ. The condo receives direct sunlight all day until around 4 pm, so the private patio is the perfect place to bask in the sun with an incredible view.

The primary bedroom is a parents’ retreat with a luxurious king-sized bed, hotel quality pillows & sheets, & room darkening shades ensuring a restful night's sleep. This bedroom features a classic design, a walk-in closet, & a private ensuite bathroom equipped with a soaking tub with a detachable faucet, a stand-up shower, & a large vanity. From the main suite, you can enjoy views of the lake from inside or walk out directly to the private patio.

The second bedroom has a queen bed featuring lake life décor with large bedside tables, a closet, & added shelving for storage.

The third bedroom is perfect for the kids with a Queen over Queen bunk bed, a dresser & a bookshelf to provide extra storage if needed for your stay.

A shared second bathroom is available next to the second bedroom complete with a large stand-up shower. Next to the bathroom is a laundry room equipped with a washer & dryer, iron & ironing board.

ON PROPERTY AMENITIES:

The luxury amenities continue with access to the community's private beach, boat dock, pool & hot tub. Lay a towel out on one of the lounge chairs, first come first serve, & soak up the sun while the kids play in the sand or water. If you rent a boat for the day on the lake, stop at the private boat dock to pick up the rest of your group for some fun out on the water or cast a line off the dock. Please note that there is no overnight mooring allowed at the dock. And if you didn’t quite get enough enjoyment from the day on the lake, splash around in the private pool or unwind in the hot tub before retiring to the condo for the evening. The pool & hot tub are open mid-May to October 1st. We provide beach towels for you to use no matter what water activity you choose to enjoy during your stay!

Transit:

The lakefront condo is in a family-friendly development with direct access to Lake Osoyoos. Arriving by car is recommended, however, once here you are an easy 15-minute walk to several nearby restaurants & shops in the city center. Several fabulous wineries, an amusement park, golf courses & more are within a quick drives distance making everything very accessible. The home is only a 6 min drive from the US/Canada border.
