We seek to contract and work with top quality professional cleaning companies with very high standards and years of experience. Maintenance issues are noted, brought to my attention and photographed by our cleaners so we can work to repair issues quickly and efficiently to keep your home in great condition.

Professional Photography is essential. We source and work with trusted professional photographers in each area. They specialize in real estate photos and can successfully capture excellent visuals of your home so that each potential Guest can experience and trust the Home they are wishing to book was accurately marketed.
    Monthly Statements
    We provide monthly revenue statements to our owners with a detailed breakdown of income and expenses. We collect and remit necessary taxes on your behalf and can communicate with your accountant to ensure they have all the correct information. If you are a non-Canadian owner, we can assist your accountant with non-resident Tax Withholdings.

    Pricing & Availability Calendars
    We use a dynamic pricing model and software that pulls data from existing comparable listings in your neighbourhood. It takes into consideration seasonal demand, historical demand, events in the area and generates rates that fluctuate daily. We monitor this activity every couple of weeks and make any adjustments necessary to keep your listing fresh and competitive. Availability Calendars are updated and synched together throughout all the platforms so that all the information is consistent and up to date.
    Staging Your Home
    Before getting started and with the help of our Professional Cleaning teams, we take a virtual walk through your home. We create a list of necessary items to stock, purchase and or upgrade on your behalf. We want to offer an exceptional experience for your guests so it is important that we provide the best quality linens, fresh and fluffy towels, soaps, shampoos and body bars, a fully stocked kitchen as well as all the extra little details that we know make the difference in an enjoyable and memorable Vacation.

    As an owner you are provided with unique log in details and have access to view your Calendar’s availability and bookings. From here you can reserve and block off your own personal family time in your home anytime you wish.
