Three queen beds comfortably accommodate 4 adults. The owners of this cottage live upstairs and are friendly, helpful, and gracious. The Garden Suite is the lower level walkout that was renovated and converted into guest space.

This bright and airy, 800 sq ft garden suite cottage has an open design kitchen/living/dining area with stylish, contemporary decor. The comfortable, inviting living room has grounding earth tones, a chamois brown sofa, and swivel rocker, an ocher-hued leather armchair, all nicely arranged for relaxing conversation, and enchanting window views of the mountains, vineyards, and lake. There’s an area rug the color of desert sand, the walls are a calming hue of sage.
In the evenings, cozy up on the sofa to enjoy Telus Optic TV including Discovery, Netflix, and Disney. Sliding glass doors that open out to the screened-in patio, illuminate this living area with daylight, and allow for fresh breezes.
Kitchen/Dining:
The fully equipped kitchen has French-white hardwood cabinets, natural stone countertops, and custom tile backsplash with natural hues of slate blue and grey; reminiscent of sky and lake. The kitchen is appointed with stainless steel appliances including a gas cooktop, oven, microwave, full fridge, single basin sink, and dishwasher. There’s a single Keurig coffee maker and perc for your morning coffee preferences.
Enjoy the bounty of fresh produce and farmers' markets in this region. This cozy, contemporary kitchen has everything you need to delight friends or family with home-cooked meals. Beside the picture windows is a cafe-style dining table for two or more. Dine while enjoying the majestic vistas.

This garden suite cottage on Osoyoos Lake has two bedrooms and one full bathroom. Both bedrooms have ceiling fans with lamps, sumptuous linens, and bedding. Plush bath towels and beach towels are provided. The suite sleeps a max of 4 adults total.
Primary Suite: The primary suite has wall-to-wall carpeting, a queen size sleigh bed with feather topper, matching nightstands with reading lamps, a large walk-in closet, a wall mirror and coastal-themed fine art. (Primary suite sleeps 2.)
Bedroom #2: Bedroom #2 has luxury laminate wood flooring, a queen-over-queen bunk bed with ladder, a nightstand with reading lamp, a bureau with a Teleus Optic TV, an upholstered rocking chair, and a sliding barn door feature. (Bedroom #2 sleeps 2 adults and 2 small children)
Bathroom/Laundry: This hallway full bathroom has a tub/shower combo, and single raised-sink large, natural stone vanity. The suite does come with a ventless washer dryer. It's best used for light small loads only.
Outdoor Amenities:
Outdoor amenities are a highlight of this serene condominium. Unwind, enjoy life, breathe in fresh air on your outdoor patio with alfresco dining. This is a great spot to sip coffee at sunrise or enjoy a cocktail at sunset. Revel in the bucolic scenery. Just beyond the lush knoll are views of the lake, vineyards, and Anarchist Mountains. Enjoy the evenings bug-free! The adjustable patio screen can manually go up or down.
