Damage Deposit is required and taken manually by the property manager one or two weeks prior to arrival.

Downtown Osoyoos is a 15 minute walk away. Plenty of Park and Wineries available in the area.

Guests have access to the Fitness Room, Pool and Hot Tub, Beach area, Dock and green space. The dock has no over night moorage.

Our condo suite is located in the La Mirada development, which is directly on Osoyoos Lake. This complex, built in 2009, is to the southwest of the Lake (known as the "quiet" side of the lake), with a view of Anarchist Mountain, and is a 15 minute walk / 4 minute drive into Downtown Osoyoos.

This suite is side-by-side to one of our other suites, making these suites perfect for larger groups.

Our Suite Features:

Ground floor entry suite with a patio situated above ground. We have a neighbouring suite right next door, making it a great set up for large groups. We have East/Southeast views of Osoyoos Lake from the Patio. Boasting 9 Ft ceilings throughout. We are approximately 1300 sq ft of interior with a patio of approximately 350 sq ft in size. The patio is accessible from the living room and also the Master Bedroom.

The dining room seats 8 people with a 50’ HD Plasma TV in the living room. Stainless steel appliances and a built in Wine Fridge. In Suite Washer and Dryer for your convenience. Kohler fixtures in the bathrooms, hardwood flooring , granite counter tops and breakfast island with bar stools. Central Air Conditioning. Outside on the Patio we have wicker-resin patio furniture: a glass top dining table and seating for 6, plus a stainless steel gas BBQ.

In our Master Bedroom we have a King size bed with sealy pillow top mattress. A 46” Plasma TV and Blu-Ray Player. A large walk in closet, sliding door with walk out to the patio. Dresser and side tables and 4 piece master enquire with soaker tub.

Our second bedroom offers a Queen side bed with Sealy Pillow top mattress, closet and dresser and side table. Our third bedroom which we don’t have a picture of is a combination bunk bed with double bed below and single bed on top. Plus a dresser.

Our Kitchen offers stainless steel appliances, built in Wine Fridge, coffeemaker, microwave, Gas Stove and Oven, basic utensils, pots and pans and baking sheets.

Our suite is perfect for a short escape with a tour of local wineries, or for a longer extended stay enjoying all the South Okanagan has to offer, whether staying with us during the summer or snowbird season.
